Glow Together Retreat

August 29-30, 2026

Pomona Park, FL

For mothers and their daughters ages 8-14
Glow Together is an overnight mother-daughter retreat designed to support connection, confidence, emotional resilience, body awareness, and shared ritual during a tender developmental threshold:

Girls navigating puberty and mothers navigating perimenopause

Families are already traveling from California, Oklahoma, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Florida for this inaugural gathering.

Current in-kind supporters include:

Sephora

London Nootropics

Playful Connection

Discover the joy of movement and stillness through hula hooping, partner yoga, and centered connection practices. Learn to move together in harmony, breathe in sync, and create moments of shared presence. Return home with a toolkit for co-regulation - simple, joyful practices you can integrate into morning, daytime, and evening routines.

DIY Natural Skincare

The skin is the largest organ of the body. Most skincare products are filled with endocrine disrupting ingredients. Together, explore the power of natural, plant-based ingredients and create luxurious skincare products you'll be proud to use. Leave with recipes and the confidence to blend natural ingredients into nourishing treatments almost good enough to eat.

Cyclical Awareness

Learn to honor the natural rhythms of the feminine body through the lens of the four seasons. Explore how energy, emotions, and needs shift throughout the menstrual cycle, which mirrors the moon phases. Leave with practical tools for cyclical self-care and a deeper understanding of the body's wisdom.

  • Partner yoga, breathwork, and connection activities
  • DIY spa treatments and essential oil blending
  • Hula hoop decorating and centering movement
  • Body literacy wisdom rooted in cyclical awareness via the medicine wheel of seasonal movements
  • Delicous meals, functional beverages, and a vegan cooking class focused on the ease of nourishment
  • Cacao ceremony and dress-up dance party
  • Nature walks, movie night, and meaningful conversations
  • The art of ceremony, self-care, and honoring beauty

You’ll return home with a shared language of self-care, nervous system co-regulation practices, and a deeper celebration of feminine essence from girlhood to womanhood, honoring the unique energy and wisdom present in every season of life.
