This 40 minute movement meditation roots you to the center of your personal universe, affirms that “Life is Awesome!”, and moves your spine in its six directions.
While breathing with focus and fullness, you’ll calm your mind and increase your range of motion in life and body.
Following the class will be a Q & A on the HoopYogini™ practice, instructional video and teacher training program.
The hoop is explored as a tool to stretch and strengthen the body.
There is no on body hula hooping in this series.
Use a medium size hoop about 36″ – 38″ in diameter.
