There are four sections of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. From each section, identify at least one sutra that speak to you (you will have a minimum of four total). For each sutra, write how this sutra is relevant in your day to day life (to include how its message is either absent or present in your life) AND how this sutra is relevant to your HoopYogini instruction (to include how you will embody or relate the sutra in your energy and language).
