The Meeting: Soulful Relating through Song & Dance

A 7-day Experience at Ananda in Bali, Indonesia
During Nyepi, the Balinese New Year Celebration
with Lisa Goettel and Jocelyn Gordon
March 9-16, 2013

The time will come
when, with elation
you will greet yourself arriving at your own door.
~From Love After Love, Derek Walcott

Imagine spending a week in paradise immersed in a landscape of lush green rice patty fields, saturated in tropical brilliance, rejuvenated and inspired by culture and cuisine. You move and sing your bliss in outdoor pavillions surrounded by native flowers and foliage. You greet your stillness in a day of silent meditation and visit ancient temples steeped in devotion. You feel into your heart and meet new, like-spirited souls.

The time is now and the door is open ….

Join myself and Lisa Goettel, Esalen Institute educator and the creator of the Rise Up Singing experience, for seven days of connection, communion and cultural exploration in the rich beauty of Bali. Through movement, sound, meditation and fun, we will guide you into yourself and this devotional land. With the spirit of Bali, we will help you make new space for love and the fulfilling relationships you want to nurture in your life. Paramount is our intent to help you create space to meet and make peace with the most important relationship: the one you have with yourself.

We are so pleased to invite you to Bali and to host your auspicious journey. Your retreat experience will be deepened by Nyepi, the Balinese New Year celebration, March 12, 2013. This day of silence is observed by the entire island and is a day to harmonize and balance each soul and their relationship to nature, humanity and the Great Mystery.
